How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all US orders.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. Please contact the seller directly to initiate a return.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping times. Many of the items we sell are made by the artists after you place your order, so fulfillment times vary by piece.
Do You Offer Local Pickup?
Unfortunately, we do not offer local pickup from our offices in Ann Arbor or directly from our artisans across the country.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to countries or territories outside of the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

Ideally all issues can be resolved directly with the artist that made your product. If you need help or aren't getting an answer, please reach out to us at support@slowforms.com and we will help solve any issues you may be having.
